Abbey Hill Literary Prize List and Entry Fees
There is no limit to how many stories a writer may enter in each quarter's contest, however, one individual writer will not be awarded more than one prize in one calendar quarter’s competition. The prize list for each quarterly, Quick Lit challenge contest is:

The entry fee, per story, is ten U.S. dollars ($10.00) for contest entry fee only, or twenty U.S. dollars ($20.00) for contest entry plus critique*.
All entry fees and awards are in U.S. dollars. Non-U.S. authors may enter fiction, written in English, only via PayPal.
*Critiques of contest entries will includes overall impressions, story strong points and weaknesses, style/grammar notes, and insights into what might have made the author's work a better story (or better entry). Critiques are not line edits, but are approximately one page in length, and will be sent to the author within forty-five days after the close of each contest.
If an author wishes to have a story critiqued that is NOT a contest entry, this service is available, for stories up to 5,000 words, at USD $.03 per word. Please send an e-mail to editor@ahliterary.com for additional information.
